At iSmart, We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy from the date of product delivery.

Refunds or replacements are possible if the product received has a defect, damage, or mistake from our side, provided a proper unboxing video is submitted as proof.

We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy from the date of product delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement:

A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory to request a return, replacement, or refund.

  • The video must be recorded from the beginning (before opening the package) without pause or cuts.
  • The shipping label and product condition must be clearly visible in the video.
  • Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Return & Replacement Process

  • Customers must inform us within 7 days of receiving the product
  • The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the replacement, service, or refund if applicable.
  • The replacement or serviced product will be delivered within 4 weeks from the date we receive the returned item.

Additional Return & Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing time may take 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or physical damage after delivery will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, damaged, or missing original packaging and accessories.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI after return approval.

Order Confirmation Policy (COD):

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact the customer for order confirmation before dispatch.
  • Orders that are not confirmed via call or message may be cancelled to prevent fraudulent or unverified shipments.
